As the Director of Inside Sales, you will spearhead and expand our inside sales call center operations with a strong emphasis on generating revenue, converting leads, and enhancing sales productivity. This pivotal role demands a strategic and data-oriented leader with a proven track record in managing high-volume inside sales teams, optimizing dialing performance, and delivering quantifiable revenue results through both outbound and inbound sales channels.
In this role, you will supervise the inside sales, confirmation, and dispatch teams to elevate sales performance via effective coaching, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives, reporting directly to the SVP of Call Center Operations.
Your Responsibilities
Formulate and implement high-volume inside sales dialing strategies to optimize contact rates, appointment conversions, and revenue per lead.
Coordinate inside sales initiatives with company revenue goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
Manage the daily operations of inside sales teams to ensure timely responses, high contact rates, appointment setting percentages, and effective lead conversion.
Foster a high-performance sales culture through clearly defined revenue KPIs, sales dashboards, and continuous coaching for managers and sales agents.
Monitor and enhance dialer performance, call cadence strategies, and CRM analytics to boost agent productivity and sales outcomes.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (TCPA, DNC) while maintaining robust sales outreach strategies.
Collaborate across departments with Sales, Marketing, and Technology to enhance lead quality, segmentation strategies, scripting, and sales enablement tools.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology upgrades to elevate agent efficiency and revenue per lead.
Work closely with Field Sales leadership to ensure high-quality appointments lead to closed revenue.
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing inside sales leaders and managers while creating scalable coaching frameworks for front-line agents.
