Wrisk is on the lookout for a proactive and influential Head of HR who will play an essential role in guiding our organization through a significant stage of growth. This leader will be instrumental in defining and executing Wrisk's people strategy, ensuring the support and development of our dedicated team of 120 employees.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic and Operational Excellence: You will seamlessly navigate between strategic planning, operational efficiency, and tactical implementation, making sure our HR initiatives not only align with but also propel the company’s goals.
- Global HR Expertise: With an expanding footprint in countries including the UK, Austria, Germany, Ireland, and India, your extensive background in international HR practices and compliance will be vital to our cross-border expansion efforts.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: A key expectation is your capacity to swiftly identify intricate organizational issues and implement practical, effective solutions.
- Proactive Leadership: We are seeking a confident self-starter who can juggle multiple projects while remaining engaged with daily HR operations.
This position is based in our Shoreditch office for 2-3 days a week, with quarterly travel to Vienna, Munich, and Edinburgh. This is a full-time, permanent role with one direct report and flexible working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.
