We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual who is immersed in Facebook Ads Manager today, not someone who just managed media buying in the past. Your Role
You will take ownership of our entire growth engine—from strategy to revenue generation. Daily engagement in ads manager, direct negotiation with creators, and campaign development that enhances both online sales and in-store performance are your primary responsibilities. This is primarily an execution role with potential to grow into a team leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Hands-on)
- Manage and optimize a monthly budget of $500K-$1M in Meta and Google advertising spend.
- Build campaigns, experiment with audience targeting, craft ad copy, and analyze creative performance—all personally.
- Design geo-targeted campaigns for our retail partners, with a focus on the upcoming Kroger launch.
- If you haven't engaged with Facebook Ads Manager this week, this position may not be the right fit for you.
Creator & Influencer Partnerships (Direct Engagement)
- Oversee whitelisting campaigns involving over 100 creators.
- Negotiate directly with macro influencers and YouTubers with 10M+ subscribers.
- Write briefs, review content, and launch ads yourself.
- Develop creator content that drives direct-to-consumer sales as well as retail traffic.
- No passing this off to a team; you will directly handle creator relationships.
TikTok Shop & Retail Activation
- Build and scale our TikTok Shop to achieve $1M+ in monthly sales from the ground up.
- Create geo-targeted digital campaigns that enhance in-store sales velocities.
- Monitor the impact of digital efforts on retail performance and optimize based on actual velocity data.
- Own the digital strategy and execution for the Kroger launch.
Requirements
Brand-Side Experience Required—We exclusively hire professionals from brand environments. If your experience is predominantly with agencies, we kindly ask you to refrain from applying. This role necessitates direct P&L accountability.
Essential Qualifications:
- Currently managing a paid advertising budget of $300K+ per month personally.
- Opened Facebook Ads Manager today (we will request a screenshare).
- Established personal relationships with 50+ creators you have whitelisted.
- Directly negotiated influencer contracts without agency involvement.
- Experience working with profitable brands with revenue between $10M and $100M.
- Understanding of retail velocities and how digital marketing influences them.
