ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Director of Go-To-Market Enablement, you will spearhead the strategy, operational framework, and ongoing development of SQUIRE’s centralized enablement function. By establishing a scalable, data-driven organization, you will drive significant revenue growth and ensure executional consistency throughout the customer lifecycle.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Enablement Managers and serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership. You will be responsible for onboarding processes, product launch readiness, skills enhancement, coaching frameworks, effective communication, knowledge management, and AI-driven productivity systems across the company, acting as a vital link between overarching company strategy and on-the-ground execution.
Your success will be measured through concrete business outcomes. You will define and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quota attainment, ramp time, win rates, product adoption, lifecycle expansion, and execution consistency. While your role is inherently strategic, you will also be a hands-on leader who can set clear direction, build effective systems, and drive adoption across diverse stakeholders.
