About the Role
As Crunchyroll expands its global footprint, we are seeking a visionary Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations and Infrastructure. This pivotal role will craft and lead the enterprise operating model for Talent Acquisition, fostering a culture of disciplined, data-driven, and scalable hiring practices.
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in designing and operationalizing the global infrastructure that supports our ambitious growth. Your responsibilities will encompass talent systems architecture, analytics, governance, workforce planning, global contingent workforce strategy, global mobility, and operational risk management.
This is not merely a maintenance position; it is a transformative opportunity to drive significant change.
Enterprise Ownership & Scope
As the architect of the global Talent Acquisition operating model, you will be accountable for:
- Defining the long-term roadmap for Talent Acquisition infrastructure.
- Establishing governance frameworks to enhance global hiring processes.
- Ensuring that systems, processes, and talent operations grow in alignment with business expansion.
- Positioning Talent Acquisition as a proactive, data-informed partner to Finance, HR, IT, and business leadership.
- Driving operational maturity from tactical execution to predictive workforce intelligence.
Core Responsibilities:
Global TA Systems & Infrastructure Architecture
- Overseeing enterprise strategy and optimization of Greenhouse (ATS), including workflow governance, reporting integrity, adoption standards, and scalability.
- Architecting seamless integration between Greenhouse and Workday (system of record) to ensure real-time, decision-grade data.
- Managing the entire TA technology ecosystem, including CRM, assessment tools, automated interview scheduling, reference checks, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Establishing clear tool governance, evaluation standards, and investment prioritization aligned with global scale.
- Leading responsible and compliant implementation of Generative AI across sourcing, analytics, and candidate engagement.
