Your Impact
As the leader of a high-performing team, you will oversee Axon's annual budgeting process, manage our corporate planning system, and act as a financial business partner to our SG&A functions. What You’ll Do
- Develop and nurture a high-performing FP&A team.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and key inputs for the corporate forecasting model.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to refine strategic perspectives and support funding initiatives.
- Assess and enhance standardization of processes, systems, communication, and controls across departments.
- Utilize technology to improve efficiencies within finance and accounting functions.
- Deliver insightful, real-time data to business partners to ensure achievement of EBITDA targets.
- Design and manage Axon’s monthly budget vs. actual reporting process.
- Supervise the company’s Procure-to-Pay and Purchase Order Request processes to mitigate financial surprises and ensure robust controls.
- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages and dashboards.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for the Board and C-Team.
