This newly established role is pivotal in elevating our client's premium brand business to new heights. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing the existing Marketing and CRM teams' performance while enhancing customer engagement through improved PR, digital, and social media outreach.

Responsibilities
- Oversee a team primarily based in Wakefield and Huddersfield.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Marketing Team to foster innovation.
- Enhance the performance of the CRM team for superior database management and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to shape and implement marketing and digital/social media strategies aligned with brand and company goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to inform brand strategy and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Ensure effective, branded marketing communications across all platforms, including the company website.
- Partner with other department leaders to strengthen overall business performance.
- Delegate tasks and projects to achieve marketing and social media objectives while maintaining a hands-on approach.
- Supervise event management across various formats.
- Design, approve, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage telemarketing initiatives and evaluate lead generation effectiveness.
- Oversee all advertising and PR efforts aligned with the marketing strategy.
- Ensure optimal use of the CRM system across the business for peak performance.
- Be accountable for brand application, both for the company and third-party premium brands.
