About the Role
As the Director of Experimentation and Growth at Ruby Labs, you will spearhead our growth initiatives across a portfolio of D2C subscription products in health, education, and entertainment. Your primary objective will be to develop, manage, and scale a premier growth system that enhances customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through systematic experimentation and strategic insight.
The Team
In this role, you will lead a high-performing growth team comprised of exceptional talent in areas such as Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth management, lifecycle marketing, and research. Our fast-paced, fully remote environment fosters a culture of high ownership and collaboration, enabling you to set benchmarks, create scalable processes, and ensure cohesive alignment across all growth functions during pivotal scaling periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive experimentation and product growth initiatives across multiple Ruby Labs offerings by architecting, overseeing, and expanding impactful testing and optimization programs.
- Establish a comprehensive company-wide experimentation framework that encompasses hypothesis generation, prioritization, test design, validation, and knowledge sharing.
- Create structured growth roadmaps that align with company objectives, product lifecycle phases, and market opportunities.
- Manage CRO, growth, lifecycle, and research teams to ensure consistent testing frequency and measurable outcomes.
- Guarantee statistical precision, data reliability, and methodological integrity across all experiments.
- Uphold superior quality standards for all tests, with a keen focus on user experience, visual design, messaging, and brand coherence.
