Role Overview
The Director of Employer Partnerships is a pivotal senior business development role tasked with cultivating and expanding partnerships with employers seeking to hire graduates from Correlation One's programs, particularly those aligned with our Amazon Career Choice tracks and state-level apprenticeship initiatives. This position serves as the vital link between the training outcomes delivered by Correlation One and the hiring demands of employers.
In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of employer partnership development: identifying target employers, fostering relationships with hiring leaders and talent acquisition teams, negotiating partnership frameworks, and driving measurable hiring outcomes. You will collaborate closely with program delivery, government partnerships, and executive leadership to ensure our graduate pipeline is well-aligned with employer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Partnership Development
- Identify, prospect, and finalize employer partnerships with companies actively hiring for roles corresponding to Correlation One’s program tracks (data analytics, cybersecurity, IT support, operations leadership).
- Establish a scalable pipeline of employer partnerships across diverse sectors including technology, financial services, healthcare, logistics, and professional services.
- Formulate and implement outreach strategies targeting hiring managers, talent acquisition leaders, and HR executives at both mid-market and enterprise-level employers.
- Structure partnership agreements that encompass hiring commitments, interview processes, and co-branded talent initiatives.
Apprenticeship Program Growth
- Collaborate with state workforce agencies and Correlation One’s government partnerships team to engage employers in registered apprenticeship programs.
