About the Role:
The Director of Demand Generation for North America will spearhead the strategic planning and execution of demand generation initiatives aimed at acquiring new prospects and enhancing conversion rates throughout the top-of-funnel metrics. This leader will conceptualize and implement integrated marketing campaigns designed to elevate engagement, enhance lead quality, and expedite the creation of sales pipelines for LRN’s offerings in North America.
In collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Agency Partners, and other Regional Marketing Directors, the Director will establish scalable, data-driven programs that yield measurable growth. Additionally, the Director will closely support and guide Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure cohesive coordination between marketing and inbound/outbound efforts, thereby maximizing conversion efficiency.
