About the Role
We are in search of a proactive and customer-centric Director of Customer Success to take charge of our Customer Success team. This position serves as the primary liaison for key customers and the central hub for collaboration with internal partners, including Commercial, Fleet Operations, and Engineering. You will ensure customer satisfaction, success, and growth while maximizing the value derived from our services.
This role requires a hands-on approach that blends individual contributions with team leadership and process development. A solid understanding of technical aspects, customer relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic insight is essential to optimize the value delivered to our clients. You will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with prominent customers in retail, e-commerce, and grocery sectors. By gaining deep insights into customer needs, you will coordinate internal resources to address challenges and funnel valuable feedback into our product development and service enhancement processes.
