About The Role:
We are seeking a Director of Customer Growth and Success to lead our post-sale initiatives. This pivotal role will oversee the entire customer lifecycle after the initial sale, focusing on onboarding, product adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. The ideal candidate will cultivate and guide a team dedicated to enhancing product usage, ensuring customer retention, and driving expansion. This role will necessitate collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
As an early-stage startup, TROOP is in the process of launching a new product and establishing a category in small meetings automation. We strive for Product-Market Fit (PMF) and wider product adoption. The Director will be instrumental in achieving PMF through direct customer engagement, gathering insights to align with our Product team.
The Director of Customer Growth will report directly to the VP of Sales, who is currently steering our Go-to-Market strategy.
