Role Overview and Impact
The Director of Cross Channel Media will report directly to the EMEA Regional Lead and play a crucial role within our London hub. You will spearhead EMEA campaign planning and strategy, ensuring flawless execution across the region. A key aspect of this role is to lead local market strategies, particularly focusing on driving performance and innovation in Spain and Italy. While based in London, you will maintain strong collaborative ties with our Delhi hub to align execution excellence with strategic objectives.
As a leader on the Airbnb account, a global platform that transcends traditional accommodation, you will guide media execution that supports this diverse global ecosystem, facilitating unique experiences and services offered by inspiring local hosts.
Success in this role requires providing strategic and tactical leadership across various channels, owning best practices, and ensuring that the highest standards of campaigns are delivered punctually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the EMEA Media Solutions leadership to ensure alignment on regional strategy and operational standards.
- Lead the development and management of local campaign strategies for key markets, specifically tailoring approaches for Spain and Italy to ensure local relevance.
- Drive innovation and performance enhancements in media execution.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders at all levels.
