We are on the lookout for a seasoned and results-oriented Director of Collections to spearhead our Collections department in Santo Domingo. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Collections department to meet company recovery objectives and uphold operational excellence.
- Formulate and execute strategic collection plans, policies, and procedures to enhance recovery rates while ensuring professionalism and compliance.
- Guide and mentor Collection Managers and Team Leads through ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.
- Track team and individual KPIs to guarantee productivity and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Evaluate portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement in collection strategies, scripts, and workflows.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define short-term and long-term objectives for the department.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, data protection, and applicable legal or financial regulations.
- Introduce continuous improvement practices and implement process automation or reporting enhancements where feasible.
