Your Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process - from prospecting and pitching to negotiating, closing, and activating deals.
- Develop and convert a robust pipeline of fintech companies, banks, payment service providers (PSPs), and digital platforms.
- Pioneer new markets, securing strategic partnerships and accelerating revenue growth.
- Engage in high-level discussions with founders, C-suite executives, and product teams.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account expansion.
Your Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B payment sales, with a strong track record as a proactive hunter.
- Extensive network within the PSP, fintech, banking, wallet, and e-commerce sectors.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and securing complex commercial agreements.
- Results-oriented mindset - self-motivated, resilient, and hands-on.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
