As we continue our growth trajectory, we are in search of a dynamic Business Development Director based in China.
In this pivotal role, the Director of Business Development will spearhead sales initiatives and contribute to the strategic development of alliances, serving as the primary liaison for external clients and prospective partners to advance Precision for Medicine's objectives and business initiatives.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Crafting and executing relationship-building strategies and sales plans within key accounts to support ongoing program development and foster repeat business from biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients.
- Identifying potential leads, qualifying oncology and rare disease sponsors, conducting initial and follow-up meetings with prospective clients, and collaborating with the Business Operations/Proposal Team to develop comprehensive proposals for new business opportunities.
- Strategically collaborating with members of the Executive Team across Precision for Medicine to harness their expertise in securing new business and innovatively promoting our services.
