Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development in Life Sciences who possesses a deep understanding of selling SaaS solutions to the commercial brand level within the pharmaceutical sector. This pivotal role involves crafting and implementing strategic account plans aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding RxVantage's market presence among targeted customers.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic Business Development professional, eager to drive growth and establish RxVantage as a key strategic partner for companies in the life sciences sector. You should have extensive experience collaborating with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device firms, along with robust connections across critical commercial functions such as sales, marketing, market access, digital strategies, and analytics teams. Your network will be essential in executing your role efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell RxVantage Enterprise services to a portfolio of up to 30 life sciences companies.
- Identify and propose growth opportunities within both prospective and existing clients.
- Strategically target key stakeholders and decision-makers across various functions, facilitating resource integration.
- Manage sales targets and accurately forecast sales, driving a clear path to closure for all opportunities.
- Ensure prospective and current clients in the life sciences sector recognize RxVantage's strategic value, fostering a sales process rooted in partnership.
- Serve as an internal coach and mentor, providing direction, guidance, and continuous feedback on individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with the Life Sciences Customer Success team to identify additional growth opportunities within existing clients, guaranteeing an exceptional client experience.
