How This Role Makes a Difference
The Director of Business Development will spearhead the growth initiatives for Care Access by utilizing their expertise to tailor solutions that align with the unique needs of each customer and study protocol. This role demands a deep understanding of the Care Access Global Site Network and an adeptness in navigating the sales process to foster successful outcomes and cultivate positive relationships with clients. The Director will collaborate with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device trial sponsors, as well as CROs, working closely with various departments within Care Access to drive organizational growth.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Conduct thorough research to maintain knowledge of customer organizations, procedures, and processes; educate both new and existing clients about Care Access's capabilities
- Oversee the sales cycle for small to mid-sized client engagements
- Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients and foster strategic partnerships
