Position Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to leverage your extensive knowledge and experience within the Life Sciences or localization sectors to cultivate new business relationships and secure accounts through a direct sales approach. You will take full ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a dedicated focus on the Life Sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategic initiatives to generate new revenue streams and secure business
- Identify, evaluate, nurture, and close sales prospects
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of TransPerfect services and their competitive edge
- Develop and maintain client relationships through various methods including cold calling, online research, networking events, and direct marketing
- Promote TransPerfect by informing clients about our diverse service offerings
- Deliver presentations of TransPerfect solutions through one-on-one, group, online, and face-to-face meetings
- Manage pricing and contractual matters by thoroughly understanding company guidelines
- Provide excellent customer support and manage client expectations
- Quote, manage, and oversee project billing daily, ensuring smooth and profitable operations in collaboration with clients and production teams
