About the Role:

As the Director of Business Development and Fundraising, you will play a pivotal role in securing major multi-year funding that will enable Rising Academies to expand its mission and amplify its impact.
You will be both the architect and the driving force behind building a robust fundraising engine for growth, leading a high-performing team, and crafting exceptional proposals that forge transformative partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who excels at navigating the intersection of vision and execution, identifying significant opportunities, simplifying complexities, and ensuring Rising Academies achieves its ambitious goals.
