Reporting directly to the Vice President of Instruction, you will have comprehensive responsibility for the strategic leadership and administration of the BSN program. This encompasses maintaining curriculum integrity, ensuring accreditation compliance, fostering faculty performance and development, and promoting student progression and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership & Student Outcomes:
• Champion the university’s mission through systematic evaluation and improvement of student learning outcomes.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making focused on student retention and NCLEX success.
• Utilize ATI resources to enhance NCLEX performance across the curriculum.
Faculty Leadership & Development:
• Oversee faculty recruitment, credentialing, and ongoing development, ensuring alignment with institutional and accreditation standards.
• Promote faculty engagement and academic excellence within a shared governance framework.
Curriculum & Accreditation Management:
• Lead the development and continuous refinement of the curriculum in compliance with institutional policy and accreditation standards.
• Ensure that all program publications and reports adhere to institutional and regulatory standards.
Operational & Student Success Management:
• Oversee daily operations of the program, ensuring effective student advisement and direct-care clinical education.
• Promote program effectiveness, student satisfaction, and alignment with industry standards.
