About the job
At Branch, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the insurance industry by making it more accessible for everyone. Our innovative approach leverages data, technology, and automation to streamline the insurance process from start to finish. We have replaced inaccurate quotes with real prices, developed efficient bundling options, and eliminated unnecessary costs typically associated with traditional insurance. The savings are then passed directly to our members. Essentially, we are reshaping insurance to align with its original purpose.
We not only reimagined the insurance we wanted but also the kind of company we aspired to work for. In our journey to redefine insurance, we are equally committed to transforming the workplace experience in this field. Discover the difference for yourself.
While we prefer candidates located in Ohio, we welcome applications from individuals in AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MD, MI, MO, NV, NC, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, and WI. Please note that applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis as we do not sponsor employment visas at this time.
Branch operates on a remote-first basis, with the majority of our team choosing to work from home. Our headquarters are in Columbus, Ohio, where we occasionally gather to build connections in person. We also have office spaces in Columbia and Concordia, Missouri, as well as Forreston, Illinois. Each year, we host “BranchFest,” a much-anticipated event for our team members.
