About the Role & Team
The Director of Customer Relationship Management plays a pivotal role within the Penn Interactive Sportsbook and Online Casino Marketing team. You will lead the design and execution of comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies across all product verticals. In this strategic role, you will craft and implement CRM initiatives that precisely target customer segments with tailored promotional offers, employing data-driven insights and automation to foster personalized engagement and maximize customer lifetime value.
Your mission is to enhance customer lifetime value—measured through revenue, engagement, and profitability—by driving increased retention and interaction. With a strong focus on data analysis, you will inform your strategic planning.
