About the Role
In the role of Direct Sales, you will play an essential part in cultivating and developing client relationships centered around funding and investment opportunities. This position demands a solid grasp of funding mechanisms and P2P market trends, enabling you to provide the best financial solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. You will report directly to the Head of Funding and be a valued member of the Premium Lender team RM.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement an action plan to meet and exceed annual revenue and new customer acquisition targets.
- Generate new customer acquisitions while continuously enhancing the existing customer portfolio to fulfill set objectives.
- Deliver exceptional service to both existing and prospective customers by fostering strong relationships and managing their portfolios effectively.
- Consult with clients regarding various funding and investment options, customizing solutions to align with their specific needs.
- Stay informed about P2P market trends and regulatory developments impacting funding and investments.
- Ensure compliance with P2P regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, P2P, or financial services with an emphasis on funding and investments.
- A robust understanding of funding mechanisms, investment strategies, and financial markets.
- Outstanding networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
