What Will You Do as a Project Manager at Norday?
You will be the driving force behind project success, seamlessly aligning the interests of clients, end-users, and your project team. You will transform roadmaps into realistic plans and actionable steps for the team. You'll keep a close eye on progress and budgets, ensuring that workflows prioritize the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will facilitate work sessions and provide robust consulting to our clients. By thinking ahead, identifying commercial opportunities, and setting priorities, you will guide adjustments as necessary, always keeping the client and team in focus. In our dynamic environment, you will provide the right structure and clarity to ensure everything runs smoothly and effectively.

Do You Recognize Yourself in This?
You have at least 3 years of project management experience with digital projects (websites, apps, and/or digital services) gained in an agency setting;
You thrive in a dynamic work environment and can quickly respond to client needs and market changes;
You effortlessly maintain an overview of various processes and interests, are adept at prioritizing, and always think several steps ahead;
You have a solution-oriented mindset, and with your strong communication skills, you know how to motivate a project team appropriately and provide constructive feedback;
You possess a good command of the Dutch language.
What Do You Receive from Norday?
A salary between €3,200 and €3,700 gross per month, based on experience and qualifications.
