Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, optimize, and oversee digital campaigns across an array of platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Content & Creative Strategy: Craft engaging copy and advise on the most effective image and video assets for advertising to achieve outstanding results.
- Tracking & Analytics: Deploy and manage tracking solutions via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Performance Optimization: Review campaign outcomes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and proactively adjust strategies to elevate performance.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly reporting presentations for client meetings, detailing campaign activities and optimization initiatives.
- Website Analysis (Bonus): Evaluate user interactions on client websites, identify conversion barriers, and recommend enhancements (including heat mapping, form optimization, and site structure improvements).
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the digital marketing field.
- Thorough understanding of Google PPC, including ad creation and campaign optimization.
- Expertise in developing and optimizing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tag and trigger creation.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for reporting, conversion tracking, and custom report generation.
- Capability to connect campaigns to websites, grasping the complete journey from ad impression to website conversion.
Desired Attributes & Bonus Skills:
- AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in digital marketing.
- Background: Previous experience in an agency setting or the e-commerce industry.
