Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Compensation: $2,000 AUD - $3,000 AUD per month
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Role Overview: We are in search of a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist, proficient in SEO and paid media. In this role, you will spearhead the planning and execution of various client campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights, reporting, and dashboards to achieve measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, contributing to new business initiatives, and thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement robust SEO strategies encompassing technical, on-page, and off-page elements to enhance organic growth.
- Design, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Paid Social, and Display.
- Utilize HubSpot at an advanced level, including setting up tracking, email nurturing, and dashboards.
- Monitor, track, and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and other advertising platforms.
- Develop intuitive dashboards to track campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits to find optimization opportunities.
- Produce client-ready reports that present campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on digital strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in SEO, paid media, and digital marketing.
