The Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. This role encompasses overseeing campaign strategies and execution across diverse channels including digital, web, social media, content, and demand generation. You will be responsible for managing messaging, collaborating with agencies, executing campaigns via HubSpot, and optimizing performance to ensure that our marketing initiatives effectively drive pipeline development and foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Lead the annual and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the entire campaign process from concept development through to rollout and optimization.
- Ensure cohesive campaign messaging across all digital platforms, including web, social media, content, and demand generation.
- Utilize HubSpot for campaign strategy, lead management, and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with agency teams to enhance campaign performance through real-time data analysis.
Messaging & Content Leadership
- Maintain consistency in campaign messaging across all platforms.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with overarching business goals.
- Manage timelines for asset creation and stakeholder expectations.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as MQLs, CTR, and conversion rates to inform optimization strategies.
- Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
Agency & Execution Governance
- Manage relationships with agency partners, setting clear objectives and performance standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks and gaps in campaign execution.
