Digital Marketing Manager
Rubrik is seeking an enthusiastic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our comprehensive paid media initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the creation, execution, and enhancement of various marketing channels, including SEM, programmatic display/OLV/CTV, and paid social campaigns. This position requires significant collaboration across our Marketing team and other departments within the company.
We are on the lookout for a growth-oriented and analytical individual who excels at measuring and optimizing paid media strategies. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively report on strategy, tactics, and performance metrics. This role will operate in a hybrid model, reporting to our headquarters in Palo Alto.
Your Impact:
- Lead and oversee digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic and optimizing direct response efforts.
- Manage daily operations, optimizations, and performance reporting for digital marketing initiatives.
- Assess and recommend new marketing channels, negotiate terms, and launch campaigns across various ad platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including campaign, product marketing, creative, content, and sales departments, to enhance customer journeys and marketing ROI.
- Partner with international teams to create relevant user experiences across different languages.
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance while developing segmentation strategies and A/B tests to enhance effectiveness.
- Work alongside database and analytics teams to maintain performance dashboards and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
- Efficiently manage complex budgets across multiple campaigns and regions in partnership with the Paid Media team and Finance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in high-tech B2B environments managing direct response and brand advertising programs, including SEM, HQL, programmatic, and paid social media.
- Proficient in executing campaigns on platforms such as Reddit, Meta, and LinkedIn, and working with external agencies.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing cost-effective digital advertising campaigns with a focus on clear ROI metrics. Familiarity with CPM, CPC, and CPA models is essential.
