We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing & Communication Manager to elevate Zo Skin Health's digital footprint and enhance engagement with both healthcare professionals and consumers. In this role, you will strategically integrate various channels—including social media, public relations, digital advertising, and website management—to craft a seamless digital customer journey that fosters brand recognition, encourages trials, and boosts repurchases.
Your collaboration with global teams will be pivotal in reinforcing the overall digital framework of our brand.
This position is responsible for delivering effective communication to healthcare professionals and the general public, thereby enhancing our digital presence and engagement.
Through the integration of multiple channels such as SNS, PR, digital advertising, and website operations, you will design and optimize the digital customer journey, driving brand awareness, trial promotions, and repeat purchases. Additionally, you will work closely with global teams to strengthen the brand's overall digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Communication Strategy Development
Identify B2B target audiences and create digital strategies to maximize brand awareness and engagement.
Oversee integrated media planning across Earned (PR) and Owned (website, social media) channels to enhance brand visibility.
Launch and manage official social media accounts, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and creative storytelling.
Engage with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) primarily via Instagram to create buzz, build trust, and promote trials.
2. Public Relations Strategy and Media Relations
Formulate and execute annual PR and communication plans to bolster brand positioning through product launches, press events, and brand activations.
Manage PR agencies and cultivate robust relationships with media, journalists, and KOLs.
Implement digital PR initiatives (influencer collaborations, online exposure, buzz marketing, etc.) to maximize earned media value.
Plan and execute press events and product launch conferences, measuring PR success through analytics and reporting.
3. Website and Content Management
Create digital content plans to boost engagement and deepen brand understanding.
Collaborate with Global Digital and IT teams to plan and execute website updates and functional enhancements.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging across social media, PR, and website channels.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration and E-Commerce Readiness
Work with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Training, and Customer Service to ensure unified brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Act as the liaison between Japan and Global Digital/Marketing teams, aligning global direction with local strategies.
Prepare for future e-commerce expansion by designing digital customer flows, optimizing communication frameworks, and leveraging customer data.
