As a key member of our marketing team, the Digital Marketing Associate will report directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager and the Head of Digital Marketing. This role is vital in crafting and implementing innovative marketing campaigns across diverse digital platforms aimed at generating sales leads, enhancing brand recognition, and sharing our unique narratives. The associate will collaborate closely with the Tatu City sales teams to ensure a consistent influx of leads into our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a dynamic social media calendar, creating engaging video, photo, and written content.
- Manage our social media platforms through a blend of paid and organic strategies, including publishing updates, responding to comments, and troubleshooting issues.
- Establish strategic digital media campaigns to boost sales leads and enhance the visibility of our posts.
- Utilize Google Ads to effectively reach target audiences with tailored content.
- Optimize various conversion points and refine sales funnels while assessing emerging digital trends to implement new methodologies and tools.
- Analyze and report on the success of digital marketing initiatives against defined metrics (ROI and KPIs), integrating data analysis as a critical component for ongoing enhancement.
- Employ social media monitoring tools to analyze competition and refine our marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team and Sales department in crafting social media copy.
- Partner with the Design Associate to produce visually striking content.
- Work alongside both in-house marketing staff and freelancers to create compelling visual and video materials.
- Manage newsletters and communications using Mailchimp and CRM software.
- Develop SEO strategies to drive traffic to our website, enhancing usability, design, content, and conversion rates.
- Regularly update the company website with relevant news, events, images, and other pertinent content.
- Leverage data to make informed decisions regarding digital marketing expenditures.
- Stay abreast of new technologies to keep our digital marketing efforts at the forefront of industry advancements.
