Job Description
We are on the lookout for a talented Digital Content Community Manager with a strong background in digital content creation and community engagement across social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting visually appealing and engaging audiovisual content, actively interacting with our audience, and tailoring content to fit the unique language and goals of each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok). You will also leverage metrics and insights from Meta and TikTok to enhance performance and achieve optimal results. Experience in managing content for tech brands is a plus.
Requirements
Educational Background
A degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
Experience
Proven experience in digital content creation and community management on social media.
Ability to manage audiences and generate engagement aligned with brand objectives.
Previous experience creating content for tech sector brands is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage digital content (images and videos) for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Adapt content for each platform's language, format, and strategic focus.
Engage actively with the community by responding to messages and comments promptly and in line with the brand's voice.
Analyze content performance and audience interaction metrics.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in interpreting advertising guidelines in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads to inform decisions and optimize content.
Knowledge of current digital trends and formats on social media.
