About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Engineer with expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to take charge of our tracking infrastructure on a custom-built platform. You will work hands-on to audit, repair, and maintain our tracking setup, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of our existing tracking configuration, pinpointing gaps across the entire conversion funnel.
- Implement complete tracking from landing pages to key conversion events.
- Establish and validate two primary conversion events related to purchases.
- Execute all implementations using Google Tag Manager (client-side only).
- Securely capture and transmit user data to enhance conversion tracking.
- Ensure a seamless flow of clean data between GTM, GA4, and Google Ads.
- Perform quality assurance checks to guarantee data integrity.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in implementing GTM and GA4 on custom-built websites.
- Deep understanding of dataLayer and event architecture.
- Practical experience with Enhanced Conversions.
- Proficient in debugging and validating tracking across various tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly about issues and resolutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketplace or two-sided platforms.
- Knowledge of subscription funnels and payment tracking.
- Track record of improving attribution accuracy for paid advertising campaigns.
