Join Yell Ltd as a Digital Account Director and take charge of a dynamic portfolio across Yorkshire and Humberside. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a community of Digital Account Directors within our Field Sales channel. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier, customized digital solutions to a high-value client base, with each Yell Agency customer committing to a minimum annual spend of £8,000 across a diverse product range.
Your primary focus will be on retaining, nurturing, and expanding customers’ digital investment in high-performing marketing solutions while also pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to generate referrals and enhance your sales pipeline. Your everyday goal will be to develop and grow your clients' digital portfolios, while also attracting new clients seeking agency-level digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee an elite portfolio of clients with annual spends ranging from £8,000 to £70,000.
- Drive sales growth primarily through premium and bespoke products, identifying and acquiring new digital opportunities by crafting advertising programs that align with clients' needs and Yell agency minimum spend thresholds.
- Collaborate with your Field Sales Manager and BDM team to generate high-quality referral opportunities and assist in training and developing BDMs in your territory.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders including your Digital Marketing Manager, product and commercial managers, and finance teams. Facilitate training sessions and onboarding programs for new and existing team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement best practices within the team, leveraging your expertise to cultivate a high-performance sales culture.
