As a DevOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of an Agile/Scrum team tasked with developing and automating advanced CI/CD platforms and cloud infrastructures aimed at expediting software delivery and enhancing operational reliability. In this position, you will devise scalable, secure, and reusable solutions that facilitate code integration, automated testing, deployment, and platform observability. Your proficiency in cloud engineering, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, and automation will be crucial in crafting environments that promote swift development and consistent deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct modular Infrastructure as Code utilizing CDK for Terraform across various providers.
- Design, implement, and sustain CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodeBuild.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning through Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Manage and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Helm.
- Work collaboratively with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments and platform dependability.
- Engage in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Enhance security measures through DevSecOps practices, vulnerability assessments, and compliance automation.
- Document infrastructure architecture, deployment processes, and operational standards.
- Utilize AI to optimize repetitive tasks, reducing manual efforts.
- Create automated system, integration, and unit tests for platform components.
- Implement and assess static analysis tools for security, licensing, and compliance.
- Promote standardization of tools, technologies, and engineering practices within the team.
