As a Destination Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing operational performance, driver engagement, and local health for one or more key destinations. This senior operational role demands full accountability for results, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while maintaining strong relationships with the driver community and gathering critical insights from the field. Collaborating closely with your Regional Manager and central teams, you will ensure that destinations operate efficiently, are properly configured, and reflect local realities in pricing and capacity decisions. This role calls for a robust blend of analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and stakeholder management.
