About the Desktop Support Analyst (MacOS)
We are in search of a dedicated individual to serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support across various technologies, delivering exceptional service to our geographically distributed staff. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new employees, addressing internal IT support requests, managing assets, and coordinating with IT vendors. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative to resolve issues swiftly and accurately. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who can multitask effectively!
Your Responsibilities...
Assist employees with the installation, configuration, and usability of hardware, software, and equipment.
Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support across Ireland and Europe, ensuring prompt and effective responses to maintain smooth operations.
Maintain the helpdesk system to prioritize critical issues and ensure all inquiries are responded to, resolved, documented, and communicated effectively.
Manage logistics for SiteMinder assets being shipped to and from remote staff.
Support the security team in various functions as assigned.
