Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Designated Broker to join our dynamic Brokerage Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all brokerage activities within your designated region, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations while mentoring regional brokers and licensed real estate agents. You will be a compliance authority, strategic leader, and a trusted advisor, balancing regulatory oversight with operational excellence and the success of our agents.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in brokerage operations, risk management, and compliance, coupled with a commitment to integrity and professional growth. This is a key role that will influence the future of Real’s brokerage operations, ensuring compliance and fostering an environment of achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for state real estate commissions and regulatory bodies.
Guarantee that all brokerage activities align with state and federal laws as well as internal policies, including marketing, advertising, and transaction oversight.
Develop, implement, and enhance policies, procedures, and systems to optimize operations and reduce compliance risks.
Guide and mentor Regional Brokers and licensed agents through performance management and professional development.
Organize continuous training initiatives to keep agents updated on industry trends, best practices, legal changes, and company policies.
Collaborate with the Head of Brokerage and other departments to drive operational success.
