Join our team as a Deputy Supervisor for the Maintenance Dispatch Center (MDC). At OLH Technical Services, LLC, a proud Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) and an 8(a) Program certified firm, we specialize in Systems Engineering, Logistics, and Program Management, dedicated to providing top-tier services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Dispatch Center Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the ILD Operations Center.
- Oversee quality control for incoming communications handled by Maintenance Dispatch Coordinators.
- Ensure the efficient planning and scheduling of maintenance work orders to maximize support.
- Utilize independent judgment and reasoning skills in decision-making processes.
- Act as the MDC Supervisor in their absence, maintaining continuity in leadership.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Eligibility to obtain a fully adjudicated Background Investigation (BI).
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing and directing an equipment maintenance dispatch center is required.
