As a Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading shifts weekly, ensuring every customer enjoys a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during their visits. You will also oversee specific departments with responsibilities that may include:
- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensuring that our Crew and Managers deliver exceptional customer experiences, managing sales promotions, and ensuring all service staff are trained in standard procedures, while keeping the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas organized for optimal service.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality food promptly, maintaining food safety standards, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
- People Department Manager: Overseeing the hiring of qualified team members, providing training, and creating schedules that align with restaurant sales and profit goals. This role also involves ensuring Crew members have a positive start and are motivated throughout their tenure.
This position is with an independent franchisee, which means that all employment-related matters are handled by them. McDonald's Corporation or McDonald's USA, LLC are not involved in the hiring process or employment policies of this franchise. If you are hired, your employer will be the independent franchisee.
