As a Department Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every customer enjoys a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during their visit. Your responsibilities will encompass leading shifts, managing specific departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, and People Management, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
The Guest Service Department Manager will be tasked with overseeing the Crew and Managers to ensure a top-notch customer experience, effectively implement sales promotions, and ensure proper training for all service staff in service procedures.
The Kitchen Department Manager will focus on delivering high-quality food quickly and safely, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
The People Department Manager will ensure that the restaurant hires qualified crew members, provides them with comprehensive training, and develops effective scheduling to meet sales and profit targets. This role also involves fostering a supportive environment for Crew members throughout their tenure.
Please note that this position is with an independent franchisee. This means that the franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
