The Demand Planning Manager will spearhead the demand planning operations for our global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) division. This role involves close collaboration with the commercial and innovation teams to ensure accurate revenue, manufacturing, and logistics planning. You will translate sales signals into actionable demand plans, working seamlessly with the end-to-end Supply Chain team to optimize finished goods inventory across eCommerce, Amazon, and future retail partners.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing the demand planning and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes from the ground up. You will establish forecasting rhythms, planning assumptions, and collaborative operating procedures in a developing environment.
As the owner of the consensus demand plan, you will ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, fostering a cohesive approach to demand planning.
You will collaborate closely with the Commercial team, Inventory Manager, Operations Team, Supply Chain Team, and the CFO. Although initially without direct reports, you may be tasked with team management as the business grows, necessitating your full engagement with the executive suite.
