About the Team and Role
Performance Marketing
The Performance Marketing team at GBG operates on a global scale to drive pipeline and revenue for the business. This dynamic team encompasses various digital marketing functions, campaign managers, partner marketing, and customer lifecycle management. Performance Marketing spearheads campaigns in collaboration with the broader marketing team, creating scalable growth for the organization.
Demand Generation Manager
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing impactful campaigns aimed at generating pipeline and revenue globally, with a pronounced focus on the US market. You will be a key campaign owner within the marketing team, coordinating closely with content, product marketing, marketing operations, and other stakeholders to develop high-performing, multi-channel programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth from GBG’s core audience segments, including both existing customers and new prospects.
- Identify growth opportunities proactively and brainstorm innovative campaign activations.
- Create and manage webinars, email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and more.
- Continuously test and implement best practices for demand generation tactics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Measure and report on campaign performance and its contribution to pipeline, collaborating with sales to ensure effective follow-up on promising leads.
