Role Overview:
The Demand Generation Manager, Campaign Operations is pivotal to our growth strategy, leading campaigns in collaboration with our campaign producer, paid media, field marketing, and content teams to generate a robust sales pipeline. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, we seek a meticulous and execution-driven marketer who comprehends intricate B2B sales funnels and will enhance our omni-channel campaign initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee campaign calendars to guarantee timely delivery of crucial messages to targeted audiences.
- Utilize segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure campaigns effectively reach the right buyers.
- Conduct quality assurance on campaign assets.
- Test and refine tactics across ABM and intent-based platforms.
- Transform successful strategies from one channel into repeatable, cross-channel playbooks.
- Performance & Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations and insights to Marketing and SDR leadership, ensuring priority on in-market accounts.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, landing page content, and audience segments, leveraging insights for future initiatives.
- Audience & Targeting:
- Manage the intake process for Marketing Operations, facilitating audience builds across campaigns, including account-based marketing, webinars, and event outreach.
- Collaborate with the content team to align campaign materials with buyer stages and personas.
- Process & Scale:
- Maintain campaign intake processes and establish repeatable campaign playbooks for high-frequency programs.
- Coordinate dependencies across programs to ensure campaign cohesion within the marketing calendar.
- Act as the operational contact for the Marketing team.
- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks, conflicting priorities, and dependencies.
