Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to spearhead and scale our multi-channel initiatives aimed at driving a qualified pipeline and enhancing revenue growth. This pivotal role involves planning, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns spanning digital, content, email, events, and paid media. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to ensure measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical and creative skills, along with a robust background in developing effective demand generation strategies for B2B audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement integrated demand generation strategies that align with revenue goals and target customer personas.
Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, and optimization across various channels such as paid search, paid social, email, content syndication, webinars, and events.
Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to transform value propositions into high-impact campaigns.
Work in partnership with Sales and RevOps to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), manage lead lifecycles, and enhance MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
Develop and manage campaign calendars, budgets, and forecasting.
Evaluate performance using funnel metrics (CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to refine messaging, channels, and conversion rates.
Manage external vendors and agencies as required.
Ensure data integrity and consistent attribution across all systems.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors.
Demonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand generation programs.
Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data and delivering actionable insights.
