At Rexel Group, the Integration Factory is composed of over 50 talented individuals spread across France, the US, India, and Australia, all working towards supporting impactful strategic transformation initiatives globally. Serving as both a governance authority and a delivery center, our team is dedicated to ensuring that transformation programs are not only in line with business objectives but also executed with the highest standards of operational excellence.
As the Delivery Manager and direct report to the Head of Data & Integration Technology, you will lead this dynamic team. You will be responsible for the comprehensive delivery of strategic programs and cross-country initiatives, acting as a pivotal partner to local stakeholders to ensure that the global strategy is effectively translated into local execution.
Your primary focus will be on program steering, stakeholder management, governance, and performance delivery, guaranteeing that every project delivers tangible business value.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1) Lead and steer the strategic roadmap:
- Define and implement the roadmap for transformation initiatives that align with country priorities and Group strategy.
- Ensure successful end-to-end program delivery, encompassing scope, planning, budget, risks, quality, and value realization.
- Represent the Integration Factory in steering committees and governance forums.
- Validate partner commitments (SOW), monitor KPIs, and ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate diverse cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore, business, digital, data, infrastructure).
- Structure and maintain consolidated project plans (MS Project or equivalent).
- Drive the continuous improvement of delivery processes and operational models.
2) Orchestrate country onboarding & stakeholder engagement:
- Serve as the primary contact for countries during transformation initiatives.
- Lead workshops to frame requirements, aligning business needs with delivery capabilities.
- Structure and formalize onboarding frameworks to ensure scalability.
- Facilitate essential governance meetings, providing clear visibility on progress, risks, and decisions.
- Ensure service quality and operational continuity through proactive risk and issue management.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with country leadership teams.
3) Strengthen governance, standards & knowledge management:
- Define and formalize project management standards and best practices.
- Develop scalable onboarding materials and delivery playbooks.
- Leverage use cases and lessons learned to reduce lead times and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between infrastructure, security, and local teams via structured operating frameworks.
- Contribute to the establishment of long-term capabilities within the Integration Factory.
