Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pizzas and other menu items to residential and business locations following assigned routes.
- Conduct a pre-delivery inspection of the vehicle to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Engage with customers to confirm their orders meet expectations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak operational hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain clear and positive communication with management and team members.
- Encourage customer loyalty through professional and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with store staff and dispatch to optimize delivery routes.
- Process cash and credit transactions swiftly and accurately.
- Adhere to food safety protocols during preparation, assembly, and presentation.
- Foster customer relationships through friendly interactions and gratitude.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Proactively seek additional tasks when primary responsibilities are complete.
- Assist in box assembly, labeling, and promotional materials as needed.
- Support food preparation tasks as required.
- Read order slips or receive verbal instructions to prepare orders according to specifications, often handling multiple orders simultaneously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and display areas.
- Comply with all quality standards, principles, guidelines, and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
Earn a competitive wage plus daily tips and reimbursements for mileage and data usage. Example: Average wage of $8 plus $3 per tip for three deliveries in one hour results in a total of $20/hour plus mileage and data reimbursement (Mileage rate subject to change based on current rates).
