Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and review patient medical histories to assess their conditions and establish personalized goals.
- Identify movement dysfunctions through attentive listening, observation, and comprehensive physical assessments.
- Create and implement bespoke treatment plans aimed at achieving meaningful patient outcomes.
- Administer effective therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, functional activities, neuromuscular re-education, and activities of daily living (ADL) training.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding home exercise regimens and recovery expectations.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment goals, and modify care strategies based on clinical feedback.
- Work in close consultation with physicians, caregivers, and our internal therapy team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation for all patient interactions.
