Role Overview
CarGurus is looking for a dynamic and skilled Dealer Performance Partner to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with valued CarGurus customers to provide tailored support aimed at optimizing dealer performance. You will have a crucial role in developing and conducting on-site training and continuous coaching for dealership personnel, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to enhance lead management, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize return on investment. Your influence will directly shape how dealers perceive the value of CarGurus’ offerings through demonstrable results at the dealership level. This position requires strong collaboration across various CarGurus teams, including Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales, to achieve our shared objectives. Additionally, you will need to analyze and communicate dealer feedback and experiences internally, providing insights that will inform product roadmap enhancements and influence our market presence.
