Responsibilities
- Deliver Results: Review, negotiate, and draft sales agreements, OEM, reselling, and procurement contracts. Collaborate with sales, procurement, marketing, and product management teams to ensure that all agreements align with Esri's financial and risk management goals.
- Build Relationships: Provide timely, quality support regarding routine agreements and specialized offers, ensuring a customer-centric approach. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to achieve shared business objectives.
- Be an Expert: Utilize your business acumen to identify potential contractual risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies. Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Innovate and Adapt: Employ strategic thinking and sound business judgment to provide valuable insights to leadership. Maintain meticulous organizational skills while handling confidential information across various platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with master purchasing agreements, enterprise programs, proposals, quotes, and/or contracts.
- 2+ years in commercial software pricing models, strategy, pricing analysis, and/or pricing catalogs.
- Familiarity with Esri product models, licensing, and maintenance programs.
- Understanding of the software sales process, software licensing, intellectual property, and basic contract structures.
- Ability to clarify complex business relationships through stakeholder research and maintain confidentiality of pricing and contractual terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and listening abilities.
